Measure. Understand. Improve.
Building performance intelligence through environmental data and occupant experience.
◆ Why Aurthim
Why choose Aurthim?
The gap is not data. It is understanding.
The Challenge
Buildings are measured at handover. Occupants experience them every day.
Yet these two realities rarely meet.
Air quality, temperature, lighting, noise, comfort and occupant experience are often assessed separately - or only investigated when something goes wrong. This leaves building owners with fragmented information, occupants with unresolved concerns, and designers and operators without a continuous view of how a space actually performs.
The Solution
Aurthim is designed to close that gap.
By bringing building-performance data and occupant experience into one structured assessment, Aurthim helps transform scattered observations into a clearer picture of what is happening, why it matters, and where improvement may be needed.
Because a building is not truly performing well simply because it was designed well.
It needs to perform well for the people who use it.
◆ About Aurthim
What is Aurthim building?
Aurthim is not a traditional Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) service. It is a continuous system that measures how built spaces perform in real conditions and impact people's lives, guided by global standards such as LEED and WELL and aligned with local codes.
Evidence-based
Grounded in real space-performance and occupant-experience data, not assumptions about how a building should behave.
Standards-aligned
Benchmarked against established frameworks like LEED and WELL, and mapped to local building codes.
Built for people, not just buildings
Designed around how occupants actually experience a space - the starting point for every measurement we take.
◆ Current Status
Where We Are Now
Aurthim is being piloted and validated with industry specialists before public launch.
Pilot evaluations
Underway across a small set of office and residential buildings, used to stress-test and refine the methodology.
Scientific validation
Working with building-science and post-occupancy specialists to review and confirm our approach before it goes public.
Public access
The assessment platform isn't available yet. We're launching once the validation work above is complete.
Want to know when it's ready?
Leave your email and we'll let you know as soon as Aurthim is open to the public - no spam, just the launch update.
